To fix these problems on a national scale is an enormous task involving large amounts of time and money, however it is possible for each individual dental professional to make a difference and change lives for the better.

Healthy Smiles For Life is a community dental program sponsored by Colgate and its aim is to link volunteer dentists with disadvantaged people who are in need of dental treatment.
